My Versa died and won’t charge.

So I was sitting at my table and my Versa Watch was at 4% so obviously I was going to charge it. I put it on charge at the same outlet I always use, my charger, and the same box. I went to take a nap and the watch don’t take long to charge so after my nap I go to get it not even looking at it just thinking it’s charged and go on with my day. Later that night my phone was blowing up and I was getting mad that my watch wasn’t notifying me so I go to look at my watch to find out it won’t turn on. Frustrated I go back and switch box’s at that outlet, wait 30 minutes. Nothing happens, then I proceed to change outlets, tried two different boxes, and my last attempt was switching chargers to see if my sisters charger for the same brand and model of watch would work. Nothing has worked and I tried doing the cleaning processes on the Fitbit app for this help. I’m friend don’t know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Hi

Yes I contacted support & they talked me through a reset. Annoying to have
to set it up again but worked.

Good luck!

I had to perform a reset by holding the left button and the bottom right button simultaneously until the Fitbit sign appears.
