A few days ago, I downloaded a clock face called “Awesome Clock” and I loved it. I knew straight away that when the free trial expired, I’d pay the $1.89 for the full version. Last night, my Versa alerted me that my trial had expired and gave me a code to use to purchase the full version. I did everything, made the payment and went about the rest of my evening.
When I went to set my alarm for bed, I noticed I couldn’t swipe right or down. I could only swipe up to use the Today menu. Nothing else worked. I went to bed and decided I’ll look into it in the morning. This morning my screen pixelated and just died on me. It still operates in the background (I think) but there’s no display. I tried holding down the two buttons, reinstalling the app, holding down the 3 buttons for 12 seconds but nothing. The watch had full charge.
The only thing I can think of is the clock face the night before. Is it possible for a clock face to completely render a device broken in this way?

This is probably due to the firmware update. We're ALL having problems. And they won't stand by their product or take responsibility if your Versa is "out of warranty ". This is all their fault.

Yeah I updated the firmware a few days ago. If the software update was dodgy, that’s not great news
