My Versa doen't provide accurate calories and heart rate readings

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Started from yesterday, my versa is acting weird.

First, it stopped recording my heart rate for half of the day, I didn't realized it until I turned on my Fitbit app at night. I charged the versa and it started recording again.

This morning, I got the result of Avg118bpm for my 40 mins running whereas it was avg 130bpm on monday and I ran at the same speed on the treadmill both of the days.

Please help.

@mansan it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate and calories accurately.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure of the following details:

  1. Your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:
    • Tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist. For more information, see How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
    • Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they’re loose fitting. For best results, use the wristband that came with your device.
  2. If you’re doing an exercise such as high-intensity interval training, boxing, or other activities that cause your arm to move vigorously, try to relax your wrist and stay still for up to 10 seconds until your heart rate appears.

Note that heart-rate tracking is disabled during swimming.

After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
