My Versa does not count my floors

My Versa does not count my floors.  Today I have climbed my stairs three times and it says zero.

Which higth does the floor actually have? The Versa count it as a floor only if it has more than ten feet (which equals 3,05 m).

It has 23 steps it has always counted my floors except for the next few days.
