Hey @MayChu, welcome to the Forums.

Have you checked if you have enabled the notifications for"Wechat"? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following from the Fitbit app:

Tap the Versa icon
Tap Notifications
Tap App Notifications
Enable the ones you prefer
Sync

Also, make sure that you have already your watch paired to your account.

Yes, tried this, but WeChat is not on the list in the fitbit app.
