For some days nos, muy Versa device stopped tracking sleep and few days later, heart rate as well.
Althoug os a Versa device and not a Versa 2, I've followed the instructions from this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-2-stopped-tracking-my-heart-rate-and-..., but the outcome is the same. Even after two fabric restore attemps.
Is there anything else I can do on muy side?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mjmeronyo.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
Heart-rate readings are required to get sleep stages, so if your watch is not recording your heart-rate you'll be able to see just a sleep pattern instead of sleep stages.
The instructions provided on that link you shared do apply to your watch too. Since you've followed our troubleshooting steps without luck, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Please click here to get connected.
Have a nice day.

I had the same problem, and unfortunately had to replace my Versa 2 as it was out of warranty (grrr). Check the back of the watch to see if the green light is visible - my had gone out so wasn't tracking anything related to heart rate.
If the reset doesn't work (ie, still no green light) call, text, or reach support through twitter and see if they can help or replace the device. Good luck!
