I wanna ask why my versa doesn’t show active hours at today’s data screen. It shows step, distance, heart beat, activities but not active hours which I saw from others versa.

The active hours tile should show on the bottom half of the dashboard screen in the app. If it is not there, scroll to the bottom and select the red Edit button. You can add or remove tiles from there. If the '250 plus steps per hour' is not available then you will need to uninstall the app from your phone, reinstall it and log back in and it should turn up. Let us know how you go
