My Versa doesn't show the right number of steps.

It tracks steps even when I am sitting or in a cab/flight. It's a new watch and I don't know how to fix the glitch.

Hi there,

I owned the Versa Special Lavender Edition, and I was having the same problems you are. My Charge 2 was always very accurate with steps counted, so I knew what to expect on my daily walking route. The Versa would log ridiculous amounts of stairs climbed, even up to the 200's. After much research and attempts to fix it, I couldn't. I just decided to quit looking at my stair count; however, I started having more problems with false BMP, false steps, and more.
I returned it.

Hi, two suggestions for your Steps problem:

1. Try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

2. Are you using a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself or a Third Party one? In the last case I would advice you to install a Clock Face by Fitbit, either "Layers" for the Versa or "Light" for the Versa SE and restart your Versa. See if one of these two solves your problem, good luck!!

Hi... Thanks for your reply.
I restarted my Versa a couple of times. How do I know it's helping, as I
see a message which say'm all caught up.
I am using the same clock face made by Fitbit itself.
