My Versa doesn’t track my pulse

My versa stop tracking my pulse. For a couple of days now my pulse has bin stuck on the same nummer. I did a restart of my versa and now its just three dots were the puls should show, why

@VJO if you have tried all the steps listed above, including factory reset, and your Versa is still not cooperating, I'm afraid you might need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. I'm sorry I couldn't help more.

@VJO Open settings app on your Versa, scroll to heart rate and toggle OFF and back ON several times with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears). Also, make sure you're wearing your Fitbit tight enough and that the battery is not too low as your Versa may turn off heart rate sensor and notifications then.

How many times do you have to do that. Done it a few times and nothing change.

Hey @VJO, I hope you are doin' fine! I appreciate you have tried to restart your Versa and tried some of the tips that @Marrrmaduke suggested, so your Versa tracks your heart rate. Beside that, I'd like to suggest you something else. Could you please try to set up your Versa as a new device? Follow the instructions in this help article to do so.

I have already tried that even went back to the original fabric status but nothing.
Any idea

Hello,
Thank I understand.
I have been in contact with the support and since nothing work, and lucky I hadlimited warranty so they have offered me to order a replacement.
So even though I would have liked to be able to fix the watch I have it worked out ok.

My versa does nit track my pulse, only shows 3 dots...

it also does not log my sleep time. 

Can I reset it to get it to work again!
