@JimVW I'm assuming you logged in to your Fitbit app. Have you already linked (added) Versa with your account? Does it show in your Fitbit mobile app?

So you have an app and an account. Now you need to tell your watch that it's supposed to sync all your data to your account .To do that you have to link your watch and your account. Open you Fitbit mobile app. In the top right corner, tap on the Account icon (blue icon that resembles a business card). Scroll down to set up device . Follow the instructions on the screen!☺️

Sorry but I'm lost. All I can get to is the Google Fitbit app store.and there's nothing there like you described. When I click on the installed box goes to aother screen that says not connected to devices. So obviously I've missed a step or done something wrong. I;m old and not computer savvy.

No problem! ☺️ It's not in google play store. It's in the Fitbit app you have just installed. What do you see when you tap on the Fitbit mobile app? When it opens? Perhaps this video will help https://youtu.be/eNbozxFz3oA?list=PL_xLGCqFuhiERByEP1f6YWCAtYiaTBLY8
