Has anyone else had this problem with their Versa watch? The face just fell off and I can’t get it to go back on. The watch stopped working at that time. I don’t swim with the watch or even wear it in the shower. I’m a 70-year old, so it doesn’t get much physical abuse. Do you think this is fixable, or is the watch just disposable?

I've seen a few posts where people have reported this issue. It doesn't seem to be repairable.
If you are still within warranty though you should be eligible for a replacement. The warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe). Either way, it's probably best to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
