I have a Samsung Notebook 10+ phone and my Versa.
After taking my Fitbit off the charger, about 30 minutes later I noticed my screen was black. I did make sure it was fully charged. Suggestions?

I’m having the exact same problem. I did an update yesterday on the app and then a few hours later the screen went black. I tried changing different clock screens like some YouTube posts mentioned. But it didn’t help.

Same, restarting doesn't help. Further hard reset as suggested (all button, etc etc) not working, fitbit logo never appears.
In my experience, neither this forum is helpful nor support (unless you're still on warranty), they'll offer you a discount, but who would go for another device after such experience, waste of time and money unfortunately. Lifespan of the device proves to be too short
