My Versa has a fading screen and battery is depleting suddenly to 0%

My Versa let me down. Screen is fading and unreadable. I charged the watch and it is emptying over night. I recharged , nothing doing. I only have it a couple of momts.Please advise what to do. I presume , I am not the only one experiencing this problem.

I feel lost without my Versa.

 

Hope somebody can advise what to do.

Hi Salco, contact Customer Support about your issues. BTW, did you buy it online by Coolblue, if yes contact Coolblue, regards from a fellow Dutchman.
