My Versa is DEAD

I have had my Versa for just under 1 day under 1 year, and all of a sudden it died today. It was working totally normal this morning with a 50% battery life. This afternoon the screen went black and wouldn’t respond to any touch. 2 hours later I received a low battery email. I put it in the charger, but it doesn’t even show that it is charging (my app says the battery is medium anyway). I have tried restarting with left button and then I held all of the buttons with no response to anything. I am totally stumped and seriously frustrated at this point. Any ideas??

Except I'm 5 days over 1 year from ship date.  This is my second Fitbit device that has died right around warranty expiration.  I think I just might have to jump ship and go to another fitness tracker/smart watch.

SO disappointing.

seems like quite a few devices died today. mine certainly did.

low battery issues started around thursday, along with not recording sleep stats.  I put it to charge this morn and then the touch screen was barely responding, so i decided to factory reset and it just died right in my hands.  not a peep from it since.

Mine did this to today....started ladt nite after i ran an upsate!!@@@ now watch face Black and it will not turn on or off. Cannot accrss appa cannot see anything.
