My Versa started losing time this past weekend. I had not synced it in 12 hours and it was 10 to 15 minutes slow. It did not used to behave this way. I found and installed a tracker firmware update and also updated the app software. But it still appears to be losing 30 or more seconds for every hour that passes between syncs. My current tracker version is 32.68.9.15 and my currrent app version is 3.91 (20243443). Please advise me on how to correct this issue. Thanks.

Hi @Brian3145 , are you using by any chance a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If no, restart your Versa three times (internal reset) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Thanks, I tried both things you said and was unsuccessful. Then, I did a factory reset and now it is still losing time and I cannot sync the device. Ugh...
