@dominic1969 It's an error for 'not a number'. You're using 3rd party clockface that is not compatible with the recent versa firmware. It needs an update. To resolve the issue immediately, please select a different clockface preferably one of Fitbit originals. If you really like the 3rd party one you can contact its developer inquiring about the update, using the contact link on the clockface page in the Fitbit mobile app.
