I received my charger and there us a rattling noise in it .. is it suppose to sound like that?

My charger rattles, too. NOT the device, the the cradle. The device is fine. It is not a vibration, it is a rattle when you shake it like something in there is loose.

Mine did that. Fit bit have been fantastic and are sending me a new charger free of charge . Talk to the moderator on here and he may ask the support team to look into it for you and sort it all out . Good luck

I purchased my Versa on August 10, 2018. So far I really like it, especially for swimming laps. However, my charger just died after only 3 weeks. When I pick it up it rattles and is totally dead. I had to use a charger owned by someone else to keep going. My charger just sits in a drawer when not used. No kids in household so I can't blame them. I can't seem to get any satisfaction from Fitbit. Anyone else disappointed?

It is sad when even the charger fails. Others have the same rattle.

When purchasing my fitbit versa I had to return it due to the charger rattling. Unfortunately my charger that has worked fine for a few months is now rattling. Can this be fixed or replaced?

I'm experiencing this problem too. I just got a brand new Fitbit Versa today and when I unpackaged the charger, I noticed a very distinct rattling sound coming from it. It only makes the sound when I pick up the charger and shake it. The watch itself has no problems.
