My Versa is doing a weird noise when I charge it

 I received my charger and there us a rattling noise in it .. is it suppose to sound like that?

Brand new Fitbit Versa here, opened the package to take out the charger and mine also sounds like it has a broken internal piece rattling around in it. Could Support please email me on how i can get a replacement?

My Versa will not turn on. I tried to charge it. It gets hot but nothing goes on. I tried to restart it by holding down the buttons. I cleaned the contacts and nothing. Then I noticed there is something loose inside the charger. It sounds like a very small part sliding around loose inside.

Hello, I bought myself another charger so I could have one in the office and one at home. But the charger makes a rattling noise when I took it out of the box. It's as though there is a broken component inside. Could I please receive some assistance with this issue? Thanks.

I was told that as long as it charges properly i shouldn't worry about it and to let them know if it stops working

My fitbit did charge fine in what seemed like an appropriate timeframe. From what I have read, it is a pretty normal thing, the rattling sound.
