My Versa charger works fine, but has a rattle like something is loose inside. Is this OK? There are many on here that have the same issue. A response would be nice.

Unboxed my new Versa and connected up to charge but noticed that when I move/shake teh charger it rattles. Is this normal or is there something broken inside?

Hi, just checked my charger and when shaking it, it indeed rattles a little bit, but it functions flawlessly. So no worry as far as I'm concerned. To convince you about this: after charging my Versa fully, it will work for 5,5 days on one charge. Might even reach 6 days, but I'm always start charging whenever Fitbit app tells me my battery is low, which is about 24%.

I just chatted with an agent about 5 minutes ago about the same problem. This is my second charger from them with the same issue. Although this charger still charges, I don't think the sound of the small piece moving around is a good sign. I asked if others were having this issue to which he stated "not many". So hopefully it will not be an issue, but I do have a reference # that I contacted them should something go wrong with it. Hopefully you can get a new charger too.

I am having an issue with the rattling noise in the charger also. Most of these messages are from a long time ago. Can someone tell me if the issue has been resolved. This is my second charger and the same issue. At this point it is still charging but I don't think that "loose" sound is a good thing. Can the moderator please let me know if they have a solution? Thank you. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

They sent me a new one after my original in the box had that problem. This is the second one now that has the same issue. Hopefully it continues to charge and if not, they have a reference number from the call I made and will then just send me a new one.

I just bought my fitbit versa today and the charger is rattling. What is wrong with it? Sounds like a piece loose in the inside.

Mine does the same thing; I contacted customer service and they acted like it was no big deal as long as it kept on charging, even though there was also a little piece of plastic broken off the charger that was in the box as well. However buying a BROKEN item doesn't sit well with me! And the charger stopped charging and never got to a full charge. My boyfriend pulled out his old charger and finished it the rest of the way. This weekend we will likely return the defective Versa.
