I'm having trouble pairing my fitbit Versa to my honor phone. It was connected and then lost connection. I've tried several times, switching Bluetooth on & Off, also switched watch on and off but still nothing. I've also done a factory reset and now watch is stuck on the main screen. Any ideas or suggestions please guys?

Hi, I cannot find in the two sites I know about Fitbit supported devices, the model you're using. However, the 6,6 Plus and 6X are supported by Fitbit. So, I would expect that the 5C is also supported but not in the list. Therefore I would suggest the following:
Maybe the guide I wrote to update to the newest Firmware Version might be helpfull for you, as I think that might be your problem now. I wrote it cause many users had problems updating to the newest version. My guide shows you how to use WiFi instead of BT to update.
