Ever since Tuesday my Versa has been randomly vibrating and cycling through...everything on it. I’m not touching it or controlling it. The worst was when it, on its own, opened the find phone and my phone started an alarm in my headphones. It scrolls back and forth without me touching anything. Help?!
Have you considered a factory reset? Sounds like you'd have nothing to lose. It'll clear all personal data and apps. In Versa 2 it's in Settings > About
I’m actually reset it three or four times now. And it continues to glitch every time it comes back on. I’ve had it on the charger, I’ve looked for updates, I disconnected it from the phone entirely and and re connected. I’m out of ideas.
