My Versa is not adding my activities to Strava

Hi, my fitbit won't auto add activities to my strava account.

I have reset and reset over and over, hope someone can help, thanks

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava

• Non-GPS activities
• Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

Activities recorded automatically by the Fitbit Versa won't have GPS. In order to have GPS activities it is necessary to start them manually. For instructions on how to do it, please visit this article.

If your GPS activities are not syncing to your Strava account, please revoke the access between your Fitbit and Strava accounts and link them once again by following these instructions.
