My versa is not automatically recording my exercises. My flex2 would automatically record my exercises pass 10 mins. I have to manually log in my exercises. Does anyone know why it’s doing this?

I’d like to know also! My two hours at the gym didn’t show up and that disappoints me. If you manually log a workout it adds steps which is cheating yourself.

Also if you manually log it it takes away steps or active minutes so that’s not fair neither.

Hi @Jayelo & @Ashley_Michelle,

For accuracy, it's best to use the Exercise Modes available on the Versa. Here's how they work:

And here's how to set them up:

This way, your steps and active minutes won't be affected, and you won't need to rely on the auto-recognition which has limitations for exercise detection. It works really well. Hope this helps.

@WavyDavey Thanks I was able to change some of my exercise shortcuts that I didn’t know how. But it would still be nice to have it automatically record. I’m just used to that from my flex2. But the exercise modes are pretty good too. I like that on the Versa.

Update...I did a Zumba class and it did automatically record my exercise so that is good. I will try it with walking and see how that does since that’s what I usually do for exercise.
