My Versa is not charging properly, it takes one full day to charge and the battery drains very quickly after charging .its left button is not working properly

@Helina - how are you charging your fitbit?
Also, I suggest cleaning the charging contacts with a wipe and restarting your fitbit.
as far as your battery draining fast, it could be the clock face (if it's running too many things in the background).
the restart should help, but if not, you can always do a factory reset (just don't forget to sync first) .
