My Versa is not charging up

Hi Team, 

 

I am using my versa from last three months, but from last 10 days i was not using it, battery was drained out. I tried charging the versa but no luck. Seems like chager issue, i trued with several plugs and tried with laptop too but it is not charging up. It is in dead state. Please do the needful.

Hi, @hjain929 if you are unable to charge after trying several different methods, and trying the restart procedure 3 times, then it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  They will assist you.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hey @hjain929, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the time you have taken to try to make your Versa charge. Beside of what @Julia_G suggested about restarting your Versa, please take a look at the tips in this help article: Why isn't my battery charging?

i have already tried whatever you suggested. But did not find any solution. 

Please suggest me for the next steps because i am not able to use my watch from last 15 days.

Hi, @hjain929, the next step wouod be to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  Be sure to tell them the trouble shooting steps you have already tried.
