Hi there. .My Fitbit is not charging. The watch says its charging. However, for the last hour, it is still at 9%.

Hi there @Mlespy, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not charging. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with this.
As per the description of your post, it seems that your Versa is not having a sufficient power source to be fully charged.
How and where do you charge your watch? Have you checked if the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work, please don't use a USB hub. For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight.
If you haven't don't so yet, I'd recommend cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your watch and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?. Also, check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
