My Versa is not counting my steps accurately.  What can I do?

I have this problem too-- what specifically is the trigger for your problem? Mine will consistently subtract +/-2000 steps about an hour or so after finishing a run. It seems to have something to do with when the fitbit logs the exercise (auto-recognized) into my account but I'm not sure that's the cause. Anyone else notice this?

The Versa usually tracks steps when it feels you moving up. So it probably added more steps when you are in the car.

The versa seems to be better about that than previous fitbits I've had, but that doesn't explain why it is subtracting steps, or why so specifically around 2000 every time. Any ideas?

I dont know if it's the fact that i am not wearing it properly or not. I put it on my pocket one day and it counted the steps better than when i have it on my wrist.  I think the problem is that it has to have a vibration like motion, because I always swing my arms when i walk.
