My versa never accurately tracks my workouts, calories, or steps. I went on an hour long walk just know and it told me I burned 30 calories. I walked inside to charge the Fitbit and my calorie count went from 1400 to 1100. I restarted the Fitbit. I charged the Fitbit. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Can anyone help me? I’ve tried to talk to a Fitbit support agent twice and they have logged me out/hung up on me and I’m so done.
