My Versa is not holding a charge

Hello,

Today I received my FitBit Versa, charged it to 100% and after 2 hours, I already lost 10%.

Is this normal on the first use? Or should it not drain this quick?

I have the all day sync option off. I also have the standard watch face.

I'm having tons of issues. I charged mine to 100% yesterday at 5pm. I have all notifications as well as all day sync turned off, and I'm at 50% Less than 24 hours and I'm over half done. So much for 4 days. Something is seriously wrong with this watch. I shouldn't have to turn off all the features to get to 1 day of battery life.

That doesn't sound good. I do have my notifications on, because that's also one of the things I bought it for. I hope my battery doesn't drain that fast, but it looks like it won't last 4 days either.

yep. They wanted me to do some battery test to determine the battery life. I've lost 50% in 21 hours and that is with every notification off. I bought this so that I could have text and call notifications on the watch. It is pretty unacceptable.

I agree. They advertise it as 4+ day battery. It shouldn't drain that fast. I'll see how long mine last and post it here.

Good luck! I hope that yours is better than mine.

I have a ticket open with support. I had to charge it to 100 and then turn everything off, and let them know how long it takes to drain. I'll be contacting them either tonight or tomorrow morning. Either way it will be under 2 days.
