My Versa is not holding a charge

I got my fitbit versa from Target, limited rose gold/Periwinkle colour.

Currently having battery issue. 

I follow all the suggestions to minimize the usage. 

Last night i charged 100% at 11pm, and by 5.40am is 40%.

 

I suspected the battery is faulty  

 

However, the problem is I'm here in Malaysia  Is there any possible solution for me to fix my Versa over here?

Where did you buy your Versa from? Id suggest you restart it several times and if that doesnt help, you should be able to return it to the store you bought it from for an exchange. If that is not possible contact Support (link in my signature ).

Hi, 

I got it from Target store in Texas. However, I'm in malaysia.

Is there a way to get warranty support here? Or i should pack everything and sent back to Target?

I think your best option is to contact customer support as @NellyG suggested. They can go through the options available to you.
