My Versa has stopped receiving email notifications - just email. I've tried everything I think! I've reinstalled my fitbit app on phone (Galaxy S9) and restarted my fitbit. Help?

Hi, Go in the Fitbit app to the page were the Clock faces, Apps, etc are shown. Scroll down to notifications, choose email and look if email is still enabled. If not, enable it, choose your standard email app and you should receive your emailnotifications on your Versa again.

I've done that several times - it is already enabled still no email notififcations
