My versa doesn't always receive notifications and if they do show up my watch won't vibrate when received.

@JuanJoFitbit  I got the notifications back and then it just went down hill from there.... battery died in less than 24 hrs,  and in that process I started getting horizontal and vertical lines flashing through my screen.... did factory reset, couldnt get it to pair with my phone, lines still remaining and getting worse... did another reset and it took a few attempts to pair to phone, that finally happen, charged Versa for 12 hrs, still have lines going through the screen every once in a while in 2 hours I am down to 82% battery..

not sure what to do now other than just charge it every night now... that is if it will last.. which is really not going to work for me because I use the alarm to get up during the week.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

@SunsetRunner Thank you for getting back! Regarding the white lines that your Versa's display is showing, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. Once you've changed the clock face, follow the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch.

Finally, check out if the lines across the screen disappear and the battery lasts longer.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
