My Versa is not syncing with my app

Not sure why but since April 8th my Versa wont sync and update in the app. Anyone else experiencing this?

I had no issues re-installing it after I did this, and it did disconnect again maybe a week later, but I did the same power-off, wait for the FitBit app to start searching for bluetooth, and then turning it back on and that was a couple of weeks ago (I think. Gosh, I've lost all sense of time with the Covid thing going on). 

WiFi paired up perfectly both times.

I have tried every recommended remedy, nothing works. As soon as the device is on my wrist all connections are lost and nothing works.  Support instructed me to do a factory reset which I did.  Well it took 12 hours to set up the device again. Couldn’t find wifi, couldn’t find blue tooth, I don’t know how I found the patience to persevere with it.  Finally I had the device paired, an update finally installed. Put it on and wham, all gone again.

So Support acknowledged that a factory reset did not work.  Now they are assessing whether to offer me a replacement. Mine is 16 months old so I’m guessing that will be a “no”. 
I wait a week between each answer from Support.

Yeah I tried that and had it work until I went to bed and lost 3 hours on the watch... hahah man I guess my first day off I’ll be on hold awhile to talk to a support person... think this thing has more issues than it should. I will say tho thank you all for the ideas to try and help a fella out !!

I did everything that I ha e read here and it still doesn’t work and this has been going on for about 21/2 months so what is the fix or isn’t there one

I've tried this method from Hdjdjsnsjxh and it can connect now.

For mine, it’s a no. Fitbit support cannot offer any further solution 😩

I contacted the Fitbit support and try another steps they shared which is forgetting / deleting all the bluetooth connection except the Versa2 on my android devices and so far the problem solved. I can sync my watch to the phone all the time now.

you’re lucky. Unfortunately didn’t work for me.  Tried this several times weeks ago.

Sorry to hear that. Previosly i also have ionic which now in the land of the dead. Cant turn on anymore. I tried all the steps offered but also no hope.
