My Versa is not tracking all of my swim lengths

I used my Versa in the pool for the first time today. It tracked 14 of my 26 lengths. I didn’t stop/ rest/ change strokes part way through. It just didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hey @Tarlia7, welcome aboard! You can also get some incorrect swim data because the units for the pool length setting don't match the units you use for your Fitbit settings. For example if you measure length in feet and inches, and specify a pool length in meters. You can personalize your Fitbit data, you can choose which units of measurement you prefer to see.

You can adjust the type of units used for your height, weight, water consumption, and swims in either the Fitbit app by doing this:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account iconUser-added image
  2. Tap or click Advanced Settings.
  3. Tap or click Units.
  4. Choose the type of units you want to use for your height, weight, water consumption, and swims

In addition, I'd like you to try to restart your Versa by following the instructions in this post.

Let me know how it goes!

I had the same issue with the iwatch. Only tracked half my laps. Even worse is when you kick with a kick board. The iwatch doesnt track any of it.
