I recently purchased the versa.  The first three nights, it tracked my sleep. But the past two nights it hasn't. I made sure it was snug on my wrist and everything.  Help!!

Hi, my Versa also does not track my sleep, but I found an alternative way to sync the sleep to your mobile device. It looks like a lot of work but only takes about 1 minute. This is my solution/workaround:

Go to your laptop/PC. When you're logged in, typing fitbit in the address bar of your browser will lead you to your dashboard automatically. Scroll down to "how did I sleep" and place your cursor directly underneath it and you will see "show more". Click that and you'll see the page with the graphs of your sleep. Underneath the graphs, you will find the results of each separate date and total amount of sleep that night. On the right side of the screen there is a column called "log sleep". Enter manually your bedtime and correct date and also the your wake up time. Then press "log sleep" and you will get the results. After having done that sync your Versa with your phone and sleep will be shown. Hope this helps, good luck
