My Versa is not tracking my sleep

My versa is tracking my steps and heart rate but not my sleep. I’ve turned it on and off and turned my Bluetooth on my phone on and off but still no sleep data.

@Hpyman Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @Myrdhinn! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa trackers are not monitoring your sleep properly. I know how frustrating this can be for you guys. However. I'd like you to try the following:

Go to your web-based Dashboard (not the app). Click on the gear icon and select your Fitbit tracker. After this, click on the "Sleep Tracking" option and select the option that is not currently enabled (Normal or Sensitive). After this, sync your Versa trackers. Finally, restart your trackers as described in this help article and monitor your trackers for the next night and see if your sleep gets tracked.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Had to call customer support after deleting the app and doing a reset...then nothing worked. Took 90 minutes to get it working again. For future reference,  if the slerpvtracjer stops working turn off your heart rate monitor and restart. Left button and bottom right hold for 10 seconds. Turn the heart rate monitor back on in settings.   Sleep tracker should be working.
