I have tried everything from just restarting it to actually disconnecting it and starting over and nothing is letting it track my steps I've been at zero steps for the last for 5 days. I work out every single day and I need to be tracking my workouts.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your steps. Thank you for trying to resolve the problem before contacting us. You can perform a factory reset of your watch by following the next steps, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from the device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
If this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:
- Are your steps not shown on your Versa nor on your Fitbit account?
- Have you checked the online Dashboard to see if your data is there?
- Which phone do you use to sync your Versa?
