My Versa wont turn on and is just a blank screen. It's unresponsive to any of the troubleshooting listed in the manual. I've also purchased a new battery charger thinking this might be it, with no luck. It's only 2 months old. Help.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this problem and ask for a battery test.

Happened to my sister's Charge 2 so what I did was to plug it in it's cradle and leave it to charge. I think I almost forgot about it half of the day but when I went back to it in the afternoon everything was back to normal and still working to this day. Dunno but made me suggest it was a battery issue so I suggest plugging it in for more than the usual charging hours and checking on it later to see what happens. Hope it helps.
