My Versa vibrated when I reached my daily step goal. when I got it in October.  BUT it stopped vibrating when I reach my daily step goal a week ago.  How can I fix it so it vibrates like it should.

Hello @NoniLa! Let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your Versa is no longer vibrating when you reach you goal, you should check out your Fitbit account and see if maybe you mistakenly changed your main goal (like from steps to distance, for example) of verify if you increased the amount that you have set for your daily goal. For further instructions about how to do this, please review this help article. If you haven't, try to restart your Versa. To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Let me know how it goes!

Rebooting your watch is NOT an answer
