My Versa has started to play up. I can see that lots of other users are also having issues. My problem that is although the app seems to be working ok, I can't see anything sensible on the screen Sometimes I get the top bit of the Fitbit logo, and sometimes I get some of the clock face. When I press the left button I get 2 quick vibrations. What has gone wrong?

@maryharp pressing and holding the left button takes you to the quick menu on your Versa where and indeed makes your tracker vibrate twice. Re your screen issues, have you tried restarting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes?

Yes, I have tried pressing the bottom right button with the left button, but after the screen has gone black, I just get the top part of the Fitbit logo - not the whole thing.

Just to update further - my Versa is now not really holding any charge. The battery drained after a few hours, and the screen is unreadable.

@maryharp Sorry to hear that. You can attempt 3-button factory reset, but this might be a hardware issue. If the factory reset does not help, you will have to reach out to Customer Support. Try charging versa before attempting factory reset:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
