Why is our fibit taking forever to start ?

Hey @Boamba, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! So it seems that your Versa is taking a lot of time to complete the set up process, right? If so, I'd like to ask you, what are you using to pair your watch? and are you using Bluetooth to connect your Versa or a Wi-Fi connection? Is faster to do it with Wi-Fi. In the meantime, I suggest you to make sure to follow each step in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your response @Boamba! The code is the number that the Versa gives to you in order start the setup process. Now in regards of the solar app, could you please be more specific about that? I mean, what is the icon or the name of that app? Are you talking about the weather app?
