My Versa is unusable now due to a recent battery problem

I have had my Fitbit Versa for a while, abd I LOVE everything about it. I converted my husband and son, and we all have Versas now. Unfortunately, husband had problems with the battery a few months ago, so he stopped using his Versa and bought an Apple watch.

Now I am experiencing the same problem he had: I used to have 4-5 days of battery before I received a low battery notification. Now, all of the sudden, the battery dies constantly. I was able to use all the features before that I bought it for, never a problem with a low battery for days at a time. It's completely unusable now, I can't even use it as a watch! I have to charge it every day now because it goes completely dead, sometimes twice in a day.

Yes, I have followed the protocol of turning off the various features that contribute to a low battery, and there is no difference whatsoever.

I have also rebooted it, returned it to factory settings, etc. Make no difference, same problem.

Can you please replace it? I prefer to stay a happy Versa customer, but an Apple watch is better than no watch at all, which is what I have with my Versa.
