My Versa isn't displaying my sleep score

My watch won't display my sleep score.. I have read other post which say to close app and turn Bluetooth on and off which I have tried couple times. It says in settings on watch I cam have upto 7 stats but I only have 3 with no option to turn on sleep score.

I have looked to see in any updates needs to be donne which they don't. Can someone help please.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't display your sleep score data. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how to sleep score feature works and how you can view the data.

I have only had my Versa Lite for only a few days and I have exacrly the same problem. I have tried the moderator's suggestion of restarting the watch  several times but no success. Very frustrating.
