Hi I had the Samsung s7 and could get txt and call notifications from my versa, then suddenly stopped working. I've now upgraded to samsung s9 and still no txt or call notifications, any help is grateful please

I also had an S7 and syncing was flakey, so I know what you mean. Unfortunately, though, the S9 is not on the Supported devices list which is, I think, why you are having problems with notifications. I have seen other reports of the same thing from other S9 users. I doubt there is anything you can do to make it work until it is added to the the Suppprted devices List (which it probably will be - all the other S series are, but that isnt something Fitbit lets on). Sorry it is not better news.

It is available, my s9 has been working fine with notifications on the Versa until 2 days ago when everything has stopped working, no notifications, no HR, no sleep tracking, no steps or cals on the app. Not sure if it's part of the wider problem that they're trying to fix. Tried contacting but no response!

I have S9 +. Versa is not picking up calls or texting feature. All setting are on. Uninstalled 2 times, updated, reatarted,.......disappointed in TX. Can anyone help.
