My Versa isn't syncing to my phone. Any suggestions?

Mine too!! I upgraded from the blaze to the Versa and I am not finding it as good! Seems to have syncing issues. I did over 29K steps yesterday and my app still only says 8K?
is yours at least trying to sync? I have my data wheel going around but nothing seems to be happening.
I recently had to remove the device from my phone and then add it again, didn't realise it would make me set the whole thing up on my phone again.

@DAFV your Versa stopped syncing since for a few days ago, is that what you are saying? And before it was syncing ok... Is this Android (version)? or iOS? Have you tried anything to get it to sync or nothing. Anything is (in order of prevalence): kill the app and restart, disable bluetooth on the phone and reenable, unpair the tracker, and pair again, restart the tracker (hard reset looses all the data, so last resort option). Make sure there are no other disturbing bluetooth sources nearby (PC). If you have exhausted all options, please be explicit so that the community can help.
