My Versa isn't syncing with my phone

I just got a Versa and after the initial pairing, it does not sync with my Samsung J7. My Versa syncs with my laptop. On the J7 it syncs my flex, and my phone is up to date with Android 8.1.0

 

Any ideas why and how to fix this?

@s_c_anna_t_g Have you tried removing flex from your account to see if the things improve? Also, make sure All-day sync and Always Connected are enabled and that Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android OS in the Battery Settings.
