Hi there, I have had issues with my Fitbit since Dec. Since the last update. Not only is the battery not lasting but it also stopped tracking everything. I have tried everything under the sun to get it right. Surely it can't be that hard? Please don't send me a generic message about how to charge my battery. Hopefully not another situation where I get 'Sorry your firmware cannot be updated past the latest version' and then I have to go buy another one. Please Help!

The same is happening with me. It doesn’t track any exercise. My dashboard says i haven’t exercised at all. In fact I do at least 3 times a week. Very frustrating. Only 5 months old 😡

I received another generic response about the battery and then nothing since then. I have synced my fitbit over a number of days as well but no-one has contacted me. What can I do? I am so dissapointed as I've had no help whatsoever and no progress in getting this resolved. I can't believe that my fitbit went from working to not working overnight. If I don't get help then this fitbit goes in the bin and I will spend my money elsewhere. Super Sad!
