Have been having soooooooo many issues for over a week now! So irritated! Constant restarting! Constant having to reset! Even taken it off the app and put it back on. Also factory reset and it still doesn't work right. Can't swipe to see what battery % is left, and can't swipe to get into apps either. Have only had it maybe 4 months now. HELP!!!

Hi @Auntieleelea sorry to read about your issues. If a restart or factory reset did not help, my best advice is to contact Fitbit support They can inform you about the next steps.

They are sending me another one...so we will see what happens.
