My Versa just died

I need to return my Fitbit to the manufacturers does anyone know how or have the address

The first step in a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com They can guide you through the process.

 

Before doing that, it's worth trying a restart of your Versa. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Instructions can be found at: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

Hi

 

I just had a "chat" with the Fitbit support desk.....   My Fitbit Versa2 was having the same issues as yours....   What worked for me was the following:

 

  • Hold the side button in for 10-12 seconds (ignoring anything that might pop up on the screen)
  • Let go of the button
  • You should see the "reset" screen logo (the Fitbit logo)
  • Leave it to complete it's cycle

 

Voi La!   I have my Fitbit back!!
