A few months ago I had problems with my versa pairing. I had reset it many times. Finally it paired. During the last week my watch has been loosing time even if it has been fully charged. It also will not pair with my iPad unless I have it the charger and I continually reset it.
Anyone have any ideas? I’m really frustrated.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After these steps, monitor the syncing and time on your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
